English Surf School

I come here every year and it is just amazing. My surfing has progressed so much with the fantastic coaching on offer and whether it's a one on one lesson or one of the awesome coaching weekends this place has it all! I have signed up to the Nicaragua surf coaching holiday as I now feel I am ready to get some barrels in the sun as well as photographing some more tropical conditions being a photographer! 5 star company for sure, if you are total beginner or intermediate surfer I whole heartedly recommend these guys! I have enjoyed countless times photographing the surfers down at Fistral including the instructors and everything about them and the company is incredibly well run and professional. The instructor's level of surfing is certainly one to aspire to!

The team here are total professionals, I have seen my riding improve whilst having a great time, I love the coaching weekends, they are my favourite, can't wait for the next one. The most professional surf school i've used.

Having had experience of a number of surf schools and surf camps around the world I can honestly say that these guys have got it dialled. A professional attitude with a fun outlook. The difference is that they have the credentials to back it up. There is no better UK based surf school. Great location and kit. Exemplary local knowledge of the coastline and conditions.

We recently had friends to stay, and he booked a surf lesson with ESF and enjoyed it so much that he is planning on having a week of lessons next time they are here. The instructors were so good that he managed to stand up by the end of the lesson. He couldn't praise the school enough and will certainly be recommending it to other friends.

THE BEST surf school by far! I had a great time learning to surf, with great instructors (Jay, Ash and Rob) who really cared about my experience and getting me standing up on the board (which I did straight away!) I felt totally safe, the instructors really kept a close eye on me and made sure I was enjoying myself. We had a safety brief on the beach and learnt about staying safe in the water, so I feel more confident in the water generally. We also learnt about surf etiquette, which is so important. This is a great way to spend an hour or two, or as I did a whole weekend of surfing. I had loads of fun, learnt lots and will definitely be back! THANK YOU!
