Very good gym with flexible membership plans. I got the weeks membership for 20 and all round its great value for money with ample floor space and equipment.. for the most part. I think it could benefit from more cardio equipment (exercise bikes) and another cable machine and a couple more benches. That is why Ive not given 5 stars in this review. Otherwise, the availability of full/half cages is nothing short of exemplary. Its a great gym and will be definitely recommending to others and is firmly my first choice gym when Im next visiting Newquay.

Great gym with heaps if variety. NSC does so much to bring the community together too. Great site, great ethos.
