Excellent from start to finish. Solar panels supplied and fitted with great competence and expertise. Clearly explained options and process which made the whole experience very easy. Fitters and electrician polite and with a great work ethic. No hestation in recommending Naked Solar.

Absolutely fantastic. The installation crew let us know they had arrived and got the job done, the electrician (Rob) arrived on the second day talked us through the process checking where and how we would like the units setup along with possible alternatives. Initial impressions were good. Despite a long lead time for a technical consultation, they managed to squeeze me in early and the guy that ran through my requirements was very knowledgeable and thorough. However, this is when it fell apart. I requested changes to the setup, which I was given the impression that this would not be a problem. After 2 weeks I chased, and was told it was being worked on and the revised quote would be with me any day. Nothing. Over the next few weeks I chased another couple of times but never heard back. This was back in the Summer. I was going to be spending over 30k with these guys and they were not interested in my business. I am not the only person I know who has had a similar experience to this.

word of warning, they dont have any of the stuff they are selling. There is a 6 month wait just to talk to them and another 12 month wait for installation, you can easily waste 18 months trying to buy a solar system from these guys and it doesnt matter how much cash you have you cant make it go any quicker. Its not just these guys however, their whole industry is selling stuff they dont have, the panels and inverters they can get but no one has any batteries - however they are all happy to take deposits off customers for batteries they cant supply. Solar now is what double glazing was in the 80`s/90`s so proceed with caution and dont be fooling thinking you will get a solar system installed.

We had a new solar PV system installed by Naked Solar and we were impressed from start to finish. The modelling of system performance was extremely detailed and the system was designed around our objective, i.e. rapid return on investment. The installation was neat and tidy and the technicians were friendly and professional. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended.
