Nice place next to the beach. The houses are clean and practical although they are showing their age a little. Great as a base to explore Cornwall. When we did report small issues these were dealt with quickly and politely. Would definitely stay again. If you want to walk out your front door and onto a beach. These are a good call. Second time staying has been pretty much same as the first. Few little issues dealt with politely and quickly. Does the job for a great little beach spot and very central in Cornwall. Would stay again.

Difficult to find because the sign only faces one way! Cottage definitely needs some TLC. Carpet beginning to ruck in living area and, worse, on stairs! Definitely needs occasional tables instead of huge heavy coffee table. But kitchen well equipped, except for toaster which is old and doesn't work one side. Needs non slip mat in shower - very slippery base. No mention made of the skip and other pile of rubbish in the drive. Bin in the loo broken. Can understand why the windows are all filthy - sea air, no doubt. Neither TV works well (poor signal? Needs Sky)
