        We stayed last week at number 15 waves through Beach Retreats. The place is not as it looks in the marketing pictures!! Firstly, the lift was out of order ALL WEEK so we had to carry suitcase up and down the stairs, etc Inside its definitely not suitable for a family of four or more. Its cluttered with high chair, cots, heaters, plastic storage boxes stuffed on top of wardrobes, under beds and behind doors. In the single room the wardrobe open about 20 degrees so you cant hang clothes. The windows, which are filthy are broken in both bedrooms so we had noise every night from the bar next door and the neighbours balcony adjacent to our bedroom. There was dirt and food under our bed, you couldnt sit around the dining table, the balcony only has room for two people. When accessing the apartment from the side stairs the lights do not automatically come on so you cant find the keyhole. The en-suite shower is black in places and the sofa bed is worn, faded and dirty. Totally overpriced and underwhelming!!!
