        One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. We booked a holiday at Watergate bay for the school holidays. Booking all simple and done online. Received my email confirmation saying holiday booked. Told the kids we were off surfing in Cornwall and staying at their favourite beach only to receive a phone call later to say the holiday was too cheap so they were cancelling it. No apology nothing. I asked if this was even legal and they said yes they can change the holiday whenever they want as I haven't had a booking confirmation. I explained that I have but apparently that is also an error. Stay away from this company. We are looking to complain to Abta . Unfortunately I have to rate them 1 star
