What can I say, we're very fussy and he's.......BRILLIANT!!!! We got 3 quotes for removing old artex throughout our home....plastering some rooms & overboarding + plastering others.Richard's was the most competitive quote but more importantly to us....he was at once easy to be around when he came to price the job & we knew we could trust him to do the job well.He has over 20 years experience,his plastering has a mirror finish,he takes great pride in his work & he just gets on with it.What we really appreciated was the fact that he did'nt go off on other jobs but stuck with ours until it was done.He has also painted all the ceilings for us with not a spot of paint splash anywhere.The guy is meticulously tidy too,hoovering up and leaving each room spotless before he leaves each day.Take a peek in the back of his van & you'll get my drift regards neatness!!!! Convinced yet?

Choosing a plasterer is always difficult as it's such a skilled job and if you haven't used someone before you can't know if they'll be any good or not. I chose Richard Clapson from an ad in a local paper and took a chance. Well, he was fabulous. Really nice person, punctual, worked ridiculously hard and was extremely professional and very good-humoured at the same time. Best of all, the quality of his work is absolutely outstanding, faultless in fact, plus I thought the price he quoted was very good value. I cannot recommend him highly enough. First class job!
