Absolutely amazing experience! They worked miracles on our hairy beast of a dog and were so professional, kind and cheerful that we're already booked in again for next time! 10/10

I took my dog here for the first time today at 9 oclock this morning and was told to come back at 10:30 so the appointment was for 1 1/2 hours and was asked to pay the money upfront I then got a call at 9:30 saying that my dog has been sick which has never happened before at other dog groomers and was told that she would not continue as it is a Health and Safety issue when I arrived my dog had only been half groomed when I asked her when I could bring my dog back she said that she would have to charge me for a full appointment again I find this totally unacceptable as the full appointment was 1 1/12 hours. So In essence I have been ripped off for a full appointment time when my dog was only in there for half an hour she was very unfriendly and unaccommodating so needless to say I will never make use of their services ever again and urge the public to think twice before taking their dogs there. I am not sure why she could not just sanitise the area not sure what would happen if a dog had desecrated. This I what my dog looks like now. Fuming
