        Cramped, staff very unfriendly, confusing layout for sale items - non sale items are put with sale items in an attempt to confuse customers into buying at full price once they get to the till. Awful shop

        We managed to order on line what we needed with the help of the assistant. Fabulous, unfortunately the items did not arrive, apparently they got lost in transit,so had to email lots of times then told could have money back ,so went to a store to get money back, store had the items in that we had ordered,so we managed to sort it out and go home with what we ordered in the first place, long drawn out process to get what we ordered, all good in the end ,
