        Called in as I had broken my glasses while on holiday. Tom the store manager fixed the problem within 10 minutes and wouldn't charge me for the repair. Great service... very grateful!!

        My daughter who is a minor and far from home turned up at this practice today in agony as she had a chemical burn in one eye. All she wanted was for an optician to look at her eye through a slit lamp to assess the damage and offer some advice. The optician refused to see her. I am incensed by the complete lack of care and decency that shown. I expected better from a healthcare professional. Please avoid them at all costs!!
