I booked the same day for acyclic nails, and they were able to fit me in! I suggest you book in advance to avoid a wait, but all the staff are very friendly and will accommodate you where they can I'm never disappointed with their work, I've had acrylics and gel nails done here over the last 4 years I did try somewhere else, purely for convenience. But never again!! Their work is worth the 30-minute drive It's always clean and tidy here. During covid, they had high standards, and I'm glad to see they have maintained the same level of infection control Now I wouldn't go anywhere else, and recommend them whenever I can!!

Customer service has got to be one of the most important aspects to a business, however that isnt the regime here, poor customer service, un-reliable prices which vary between each nail artist seemingly. Honestly the company needs to completely re-work their outlook as the company. The only reason it still stands is because its one of few places to get nails in Newquay. Whilst there I asked if I could present a picture of the colour i would like to acquire, understandably that they might not have that particular colour however there could be a compromise, instead I was bluntly told no, no I am not allowed to present a picture of the colour I want. Ultimately youre paying for a service here and that service is inadequate to say the least. Appalled how the family run business haven't addressed these issues within their business even for selfish reasons like income but more importantly customer service which Inherently brings in business, Customers as a standard are treated above and beyond anywhere in the professional scene however that isnt the case here, so you could argue this is an unprofessional business run by arrogant nail techs.
