Ordered my bag on the 13/08 and paid more for express delivery. Still hasnt been dispatched and was needed for my holiday which is today. Emailed a couple days ago with no response. Put two reviews up yesterday which both of them have been deleted even though I have verified my identity. Starting to get really upset about this.

I love their products- I bought a backpack recently, and its made from recycled materials. It wasnt outrageously expensive, either. Ill definitely be coming back to shop again!

A must if youre shopping in Newquay. Great quality clothes, beautifully designed shop, lovely dog as an assistant and a quirky gents barbers (which had I have stayed longer I would have gone to). Will definitely be back! My daughter absolutely loves her new purple rucksack
