Four Elements Adventure

Attended the Surfers First Aid course instructed by Mark Kelly. I've done numerous first aid courses/lifeguard courses and it was a an excellent refresher. Other friends who were new to first aid also found it invaluable. The content was very thorough, well presented and very engaging. The mixture of classroom and beach learning was brilliant. Thoroughly recommended for any surfer at any level.

Just completed my SLSGB NVBLQ (Lifeguard course and assessment) with 4 Elements. Henry did a fantastic job with a mixed skills group and gave us clear and accurate training on a variety of rescue and first aid scenarios. Thanks guys, see you in 2 years for re-qual!

Did the SLSGB Beach Lifeguard Proficiency day with Mark and Freddie; Mark has very in depth knowledge of everything to do with Lifeguarding and I learned plenty of new things despite being fairly experienced. Freddie helped put us all at ease with the water safety work; we had fairly heavy surf for it. All in all, highly recommended.

Attended the surf coach safety and rescue course. Cant complain, was well delivered, informative and engaging. I did a similar course before with another brand and this one was far better in my opinion.
