I was at Watergate bay fireworks and my card wasn't being accepted. The lady very kindly gave me the brownie which was absolutely delicious! Amazing customer service!!

The barista seemed very unsure about making the iced coffees that we ordered and the resulting drinks were so awful that we poured them away. He also spent ages scratching away at the base of a canned drink before giving it to us. It was only later that we realised he was removing the "use by" sticker. Unsurprisingly, we won't be back.
