One of the best items I have purchased,no more swinging poo bags on the walk to school ( makes my son happy) ,just clips on my bag and away we go,they hold more than you think I have the extra small and have a working cocker,2 chihuahuas and a chalkie and on a long walk they all fit in highly recommend and have sent many People your way

I've have purchased 3 dickybags as well as the treat bag and a larger bag - all in 2022. They are really lovely and so useful - well used on a daily basis. Unfortunately, one of the dickybags failed with the zipper coming detached from the material on a section of the zip. I purchased a replacement and mentioned the zipper failure to the owner - I was rather taken aback by the response which was quite defensive and basically blamed user error. I hadn't asked for a replacement or repair (& I had already just purchased a replacement) but I was hoping for better customer service as the bag that failed was only 5 months old. The owner told me I had been using the zip incorrectly - quite baffling why so defensive when it is so easy to give good customer service. A simple credit or discount on the replacement (even though I hadn't asked for it) would have been far more effective in giving good customer service (having spent over 200) and would have avoided negative feedback. 3 stars as the other bags have not failed yet (which also suggests that I know how to use a zip).
