Staff here are very kind and helpful. However, I have had shocking experiences with customer services on 2 occasions. I made an online order and most of it was missing in the box (luckily I opened it in store). So the store contacted Customer services, who reassured me they'd send an email straight away with the rest of the order and fast track the delivery. I didn't receive any emails, so I emailed customer services. I got a generic order email 3 days later saying my order would arrive a week later. So the Customer service lady I spoke to didn't do what she said she would, and I in fact had to email them to get my missing items! I also asked by email for my points to be added for my order (as the store couldn't), and gave my H&B reward card number. There was no apology for the behaviour of customer services, and I actually got a reply telling me off for sending my rewards card number, that they couldn't help me, and that I should only send my postcode in future! Absolutely shocked. I'd expect some sort of gesture for such appalling treatment, but it looks not, and I doubt I'll be ordering again anytime soon!
