        Disgusting! Been trying to get an appointment all day and they switch off the page at 12 saying they are too busy after the page said they are switching it back on at 2pm they have lied as the page says they aren't accepting anymore people due to short staff. We have a 7 month old and basicly got told to wait till the next day if its not busy.

        Dr Patel rang within the hour of making a request online and arranged for antibiotics to be sent to the chemist 2 mins from my front door, available for collection within 5 mins. Extremely prompt turn around. Thank-you

        The GP's have their hands full, with little time (5 min) and sometimes angry patients. And yet, they strive to provide a good service for everyone. The online service works well and saves time for patients and staff.
