Maria was excellent and this was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I have general sports/football aches/pains and she used really firm pressure to get to my knots pArticularly my shoulders and calves/Achilles. Would defo recommend and will use again when Im back in the area. Thank you Maria!

I booked a full relax massage - 90 mins and its was so lovely . The practitioner was excellent . She was professional and respectful . I will definitely book again when I am I Newquay - but I suspect my wife will beat me to it

I had a lovely massage at massage or knot today. I took their last appointment which was with Jorge. I was somewhat nervous having only ever had massages from women before but Jorge made me feel very comfortable. My massage was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I am not from the area but will defo return here when I'm in the area. Highly recommend a visit!

This place is amazing! The lady was so softly spoken which made the experience even more relaxed. Me and my partner had deep tissue and Swedish both were truly amazing. We will definitely return. It was well worth the money. Very reasonable.
