This job is amazing, i didnt have experience, but the training covered everything I needed to know made me feel more confident and i enjoyed the training alot not forgetting the support i got being dyslexic they really did help me and support me threw this ! A day at work it doesnt feel like your working alot of the time enjoying nice days out and going for walks, the most rewarding part of my job is seeing the people we work with smile its such a lovely exprience and so rewarding you actually feel like you have made a diffrence . Greenlight is a really good company to work with i would never look back ! The management are very supportive and considerate of their employees. i highly recommend this company i couldnt thank them enough for this oppertunitie.

I joined greenlight coming up 2 months ago having not worked in this sector before, I can honestly say I'm so glad I made that choice, I have learned so much already and will continue to do so. I love the place I work and the people who I support,it's so rewarding to see them develop new skills and qualities, and I feel privileged to be in part of their lives,the staff are ace too, and are a credit to the company.

I would like to say that I am on my 3rd shift at Greenlight establishments. I have worked in numerous establishments in my 40 years as a Health and Social Care professional. I am so taken with the Geeenlights staff support of their customers. The real care that the staff have for those they support is unbelievable. They support everyone as they would if they were their own family members. It is heartwarming to see. Really uplifting.

I was lucky enough to join Green Light almost 5 months ago and I have enjoyed every day!! Green Light truly value and welcome everyone, and have helped me gain in confidence in just this short space of time. I am excited for the future of Green Light, and feel so privileged to be a part of it.

I first started working for Greenlight in 2016. This was my first ever care job and the training/shadowing period I received was incredible. I worked for three years as a senior support worker and had the most fun and learnt so much. The care standards are very high, the people we support are treated as individuals and are living there best possible lives with endless opportunities to achieve life goals. I left the company to work with children/young people but always found myself missing the people I used to support and all the fun I had. I have since returned to greenlight and I am very much enjoying being back, I have once again received full training and support. It is the most rewarding job with the most benefits (i sometimes forget im being paid to do this job!) , would highly recommend to anyone thinking of working in the care sector.
