Absolutely amazing. Not only is Kate a wonderful person but she is extremely talented. I came to Cornwall for holiday recovering from a back injury ( even walking was painful), looked for a physio to hopefully lessen then pain and instead Kate helped me so much that the pain is GONE! I wish I didn't have to go back to London so I could come back every other day! Thank you Kate!!!!

First class skills and service. I travel globally and like to have access to a high standard Physiotherapist at all of my regular destinations and Kate is my Go To in the Southwest. I have an ongoing shoulder issue from a dislocation that has been treated by many physiotherapists with varying degrees of success, but Kate managed to actually Fix It in one session at her studio in Newquay! I was suffering back pain during a fleeting visit to Newquay and I was fortunate Kate was able to squeeze me into her clinic. She was extremely personable, listened very carefully and the treatment she gave enabled me to continue the journey I was undertaking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newquay Physiotherapy.

I've been attending Kate's pilates classes and found them absolutely brilliant. Kate is a superb teacher and her instructions are excellent. I've never done pilates before but really enjoyed them and found them very beneficial as I have had a couple of joint problems. The classes have a lovely atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. But the best thing about the classes and the main reason I chose this class is that Kate is a very well-qualified physiotherapist so she was well aware from the start that we all have different reasons for being there and different abilities and constraints in terms of what we can and can't do. We all receive tailored, individual, professional attention which is absolutely brilliant. The classes are kept deliberately small to make this possible. I can't recommend Kate and the classes she runs highly enough.
