Swimming pool not clean quite murky and me and my son ended up with throat infections after swimming in there not good experience when on holiday

6 adults in our party ,3 double rooms ,we had top floor , ensuite ,excellent accommodation,clean and tidy ,would recommend

I booked 9 Ocean Heights last week to stay this Fri. Owner sent me a message the day after that the property was not available and owner blamed the Sykes Property mgmt. Regardless of what the issue, as a customer, I shouldn't have to go through all the stress to keep calling just to get my money back esp when the reservation is non-ref. Disorganisation cost awful experience to customers regardless who is at fault ( owner or property mgmt). I would not recommend this place at all. Awful experience and you are wise to stay away from it. With the current situation, pandemic, you are better off booking a property where you can get hold of the owner directly to verify availability than through property management, too many areas that could go wrong. But then again, if they truly care about their customers and serious about their business this would have not happened to begin with.
