This is a FANTASTIC guest house! Spotlessly clean, beautiful views, wonderful breakfast and close to everything. This is truly a home away from home with wonderful hosts who are welcoming and friendly. Recommended for children though please bare in mind this is a family business so children should be respectful in the communal areas and should remove their shoes before climbing the spotless carpeted stairs (not a requirement by the hosts just my personal opinion) We spent a week here on a family vacation and will recommend it highly and can't wait to return! Seashells was perfect for our 6 day holiday last week. Brian and Julie were the perfect hosts and made us welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast has to be the best in Newquay, and Brian went out of his way to provide us with a vegan cooked breakfast every day. One really nice thing we noticed was that Brian remembered each guest's name and made every one feel special. Will be back. Lesley and Leanne x

Feels like home; strong recommendation! To me, the best thing about this accommodation was the incredibly nice and eager host couple. Every morning we got a very delicious breakfast, and all our wishes and preferences were accepted with outstanding friendliness. This also applied to all other parts of our stay. We got along great with the hosts and the coordination was always uncomplicated and pleasant. This warm hospitality can probably best be compared with a visit to one's own mother. Our room was very spacious, clean, and we had a great view of the harbor. The location of the accommodation could not be better. The city center, two beaches, the harbor, a supermarket, and a bus stop are within walking distance. The only thing you should note about this accommodation is that the operators do everything themselves and thus there is a lot of personal interaction with them. We liked that wonderfully, because they are very cordial, as I said, but who is on the impersonal, highly professionalized service, which you barely notice, as is the case in large hotels, should rather look for another accommodation. For all others, I can only warmly recommend booking a room in probably the best price-performance accommodation in Newquay!

Das Beste an dieser Unterkunft war fr mich das unglaublich nette und bemhte Gastgeber-Prchen. Jeden Morgen gab es ein sehr leckeres Frhstck, wobei all unsere Wnsche und Vorlieben mit ausgesprochener Freundlichkeit angenommen wurden. Das betraf allerdings auch alle anderen Teile unseres Aufenthalts. Wir uns super mit den Gastgebern verstanden und die Abstimmung war immer unkompliziert und angenehm. Diese herzliche Gastfreundschaft lsst sich wohl am ehesten mit einem Besuch bei der eigenen Mutter vergleichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr gerumig, sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Lage der Unterkunft knnte m.M.n. auch nicht besser sein. Der Stadtkern, zwei Strnde, der Hafen, ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle sind in wenigen Minuten fulufig erreichbar. Das Einzige, was man bei dieser Unterkunft beachten sollte, ist, dass die Betreiber alles selbst machen und man dementsprechend viel persnlichen Kontakt zu ihnen hat. Uns hat das wunderbar gefallen, da diese wie gesagt sehr herzlich sind, wer aber auf den unpersnlichen, hochprofessionalisierten Service, von dem man nichts mitbekommt, wie in groen Hotels der Fall ist, sollte sich eher nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen. Alle anderen kann ich nur wrmstens empfehlen, sich ein Zimmer in der wohl preis-leistungstechnisch besten Unterkunft in Newquay zu buchen!
