Beach Retreats

My mum visits me from Ireland regularly. She is disabled and sometimes accommodation in Newquay can be unreliable, untidy, not very accurate to the advert... beach retreats looked after my mum so well and made sure the apartment was perfect for her needs and she had a great view to enjoy as beach walking isn't an option. When her flight was cancelled for two days, again they made sure she had two more days in the same room to avoid stress. I cannot fault them. Great people!

This was our first time booking through Beach Retreats and I have to say from start to finish the whole process was fantastic! We received excellent communication about everything we needed to do, which made it so easy especially since we'd never stayed in an apartment before. 10 Waves was an exceptional property. Spotlessly clean and a joy to stay in. It had everything you could think of and more. The location was brilliant, literally two mins and you could be on the beautiful beach at Watergate bay. I would highly recommend this property our dog also gave it five stars too!! He absolutely loved it! We will definitely be booking again in the future.

The only issue was spiders behind the headboards. Lots of cobwebs too. Could do with Changing the box divan beds for bedstead frame beds. Then the staff could keep it clean. Fantastic location. Fantastic lodge.
