No idea what they are like at actually walking dogs, but the organisation & customer service leave a lot to be desired. They were polite, but didn't really know how to sort anything out. We booked in our dog for a walk 2 weeks in advance, filled out all the paperwork, confirmed all the details needed. Arrived in Cornwall, called to arrange a meet up and there all the problems started. They hadn't checked the paperwork and remembered nothing of our conversations. She consistently got our dogs gender wrong, to the point of us saying 'it's a boy' and her next sentence calling him a girl again. Various things that were no issue on the initial booking suddenly became problems, such as neutering and vaccinations. Finally we were messed around with meeting up. We rearranged our plans for the Sunday as she was too busy to meet Saturday (as had been originally planned) then Sunday morning we get a call saying they weren't coming again. Bow Wow suggested coming Monday morning, but we needed him walked on the Monday. It seemed to me they didn't want the extra business as there was always some kind of problem being brought up. Despite the fact that everything she wanted to know was on the booking form we returned. If only she could have said this in the beginning, as we would of found someone who appreciated the custom. Extremely disappointed.
