Gary was great. Very knowledgeable. He did a puppy consultation for us, lot of good advice, then we did his group puppy classes which were excellent and fun. He has happily given phone advice since. 5* service!

Had an appointment at 1:30, 10:40 sent Gary a text to make sure we were still on. No reply, closer to 12pm called him and had to leave a message. Still no reply, called again went straight to voice mail by this time it's close to 1pm. Emailed him as well. My daughter suggested she call him on a private number and he answered immediately! He ranged me, when I answered he hung up!!! Dont know what game he's playing but I know he's a time waster and shouldn't own any type of business!!
