        I understand that things progress, but with the changes occurring in the repeat prescription service, progress has gone a step too far. I have an elderly family member who is severely visually impaired and is, somehow, expected to order her prescriptions by either writing a letter, travelling to the surgery, or using the app. Luckily, I can order the prescription online, but what about others? What provisions are you going to make for your elderly or disabled clients?

        Was in this evening with my son who needed a blood test. Karen, the nurse was absolutely great. Karen made my son feel at ease from the moment she called him into the room. A lovely lady, doing a fantastic job. Thank you.
