"Sorry we've rebooked your appointment in 2 days time to the following Saturday you said you couldn't do previously, the only alternative is in 4 months time." Rubbish. Edit following response: I see on a previous review that you record all of your phonecalls, if you would be so kind as to check the call made at exactly "14:47" today by myself, asking for an alternative is exactly what I did, to which I was told you were busy and nothing could be done.

The dentist Adam and the entire team at Gentle Dental make you feel at ease and are kind and patient with you. I am quite a nervous patient and due to that haven't been to the dentist for a number of years, however even though I had to have one of my teeth removed and filled in... it was absolutely painless and done in minutes. Due to go back again soon, and I am not at all nervous.. like I was beforehand, considering getting a single implant for my missing tooth but will talk to Adam and the staff for initial advice. Very grateful to the team and will be telling everyone about this great dental practice. Thanks again, Jemma Mintram

I think this dentist is very overpriced, I was quoted 200 for an hour's clean under anesthetic, another dentist who's won awards quoted me 135. I was booked 2 cleans with only 4 days apart to recover? I've also NOT heard great things about them after asking around which made me nervous. The hygienist I seen was lovely but I don't know they justify their prices. I was diagnosed with severe gum disease but not offered a referral why? When I cancelled today they asked why so I told them. Receptionist response was to say i had not had an appointment in 7 years??? Quite rude...my question was re their prices?? Not why I have gum disease! Glad I cancelled
