Ordered 26.99 box of pasties on the 12th December, they took payment and no delivery was sent, I have tried contacting them and get no response, dont order anything from this company

Hampers never delivered and no refund. Money claim issued through the County Court. Avoid this company which also trades as Cornwall Hamper Store (still on Facebook) and Hello Cornwall Hampers. Damaging the reputation of hard working Cornish companies - very poor.

I placed 4 orders for Christmas pasties on 28 November and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I visited their office today and though the door was open there was nobody there. What an appalling company.

Complete waste of space , useless service , no communication , does not reply to emails ,avoid at all costs , just pleased l paid via PayPal .

my order arrived 3 days late defrosted and inedible, i was assured of a replacement, this never arrived. they have no telephone number, emails and web contact is ignored. what is curious is the that web contact for the kernow hamper store comes up as cornwall hamper store who deny any association despite they are one in the same company. dont buy unless you want the same risk of food poisening or lost orders
