Lorraine did a large job for us at short notice. All the work was to a very high standard, including learning about specialist terminology in our field of work, and using google and specialist sites to check and cross-reference content. Excellent communications during the job to ask about areas where she was not certain, and good decision-making about when to correct, when to leave and when to flag options. Have already recommended her to others, and will likely do so again.

She read over all the copy on my website, ramblings and all, and picked up on every tiny detail - even down to the different types of dashes that I hadn't even considered. Lorraine is a safe pair of hands for catching all those little design and copy errors you've definitely missed. She asks about tone of voice and will look out for places in your copy where you might be veering off. She's also super organised and efficient, would definitely recommend.
