Not enough staff to cope with demand. Very long queues, service took an age.
The tables were dirty from previous customers, poor staff unable to anything about it as run off their feet.
Massive queue for the toilets which were absolutely disgusting.
Worst costa I have been in.
I imagine at quieter times it would be a great place.
No issues with the staff themselves, they were rushed off their feet and doing the best with what they have.
Having more staff on shift I suspect would make a huge difference to the customer experience.
