        I would highly recommend Jo. She takes great care with our cottage and we have had many comments from guests about the high standard of cleanliness and our cottage being 'spotless'. It always looks immaculate and well presented when guests arrive. In fact, we have just received a 100% for cleanliness in our Quality Assessment! Guests have also commented on very good communication with Jo before and during their stay and she has been very helpful in sorting out minor problems. I am confident she is always available for any queries guests may have. Jo is very efficient and always keeps in touch. I am delighted she looks after our cottage for us.

        I have used Newquay Maids since May 2016 for my four properties, and they have been doing a great job, with lots of good comments from guests. The main thing is that Jo keeps in close communication, with both myself and guests, so any minor problems are resolved easily. Jo is well organised, so I can trust her to lead a reliable team.
