        Made an appointment for custom fitting ear plugs. The whole process was communicated clearly and Julie was very professional and helpful. I haven't found good plugs that fit my ears properly so once they arrive, I'll test them out and post another review. Julie noticed I have some serious surfers ear developing, so I'm glad I made the call to visit. Would highly recommend.

        Just had my first ear wax removal procedure with Claire at Penzance and I can thoroughly recommend them, Claire explained everything about the procedure and was very professional. The best bit is I can hear again!!! Thank you so much.
