        Plans sailed through regs and planning no problems there, however Simon doesnt do the structural workings in house and its subed out the issues I have had and the build has been held up x2 months because of them is the plans and structural engineers notes for the roof DO NOT MATCH! Simon has ignored emails from me and my builder to address the issue thankfully the builder and roofing company have manufactured a work around I wont be using Simon again.

        Simon prepared plans for our extension. They sailed through planning permission and building regs. The builders (Dune Construction) had no difficulties following his detailed CAD plans. I'd happily recommend him to anyone looking at extending their home.
