Elliot has been brilliant in dealing with my plans / aspirations to extend my property giving us one extra room. He's chased the planners and succeeded in getting planning through. He also arranged the building regs which have been approved. I would 100% recommend him.

We wanted to build an extension on our house, it wasnt too complicated, and we didnt think wed need the full-blown services of an architectural practice. We contacted Elliot, not 100% sure what we needed or what might be feasible. Elliot visited our home, listened to our requirements and talked through the options and some ideas. Elliots team drew-up a proposal, which we then talked through again with Elliot making some adjustments and adding specific details. (Its always much easier to visualise changes with a detailed drawing to hand). Elliot then submitted the revised plans to Building Control and after a minor tweak, the plans were approved, and weve subsequently appointed a builder. Elliot was very helpful in guiding us through the process of designing an extension and creating the formal plans. He provided good advice, kept in regular contact and was keen to ensure we were happy with the end result. Which we were. Elliot was very professional, efficient and outstanding at every stage of our planning application. His work was detailed and thorough, leaving no questionable issues unresolved. Our application to the council was instantly accepted and all thanks to Elliots exceptional eye for detail and hard work. An absolute pleasure to work with and cannot be rated at just a five star scale as his work was far more superior!
