        My experience at Bodhi Health so far has been incredibly warming. I had a singing bowl meditation after a few sessions of working on my breathing and posture. Kyle thought it would be a good idea as I was feeling very low at the time. It felt like I had been given a warm cuddle. So unbelievable. I had a huge smile on my face after!!

        I absolutely love Bodhi Health. Kyle is working on meditation with me. Hes taking it step by step so I can work my way up. Hes really patient, kind, softly spoken and so caring. I really recommend Bodhi health to anyone. His new room is bright and zen. Each meditation I get I keep feeling more and more relaxed and better afterwards

        Kyle is absolutely amazing at putting you at ease as soon as you meet him. His understanding, kindness and patience is second to none. The sessions make you truly look at where you are in this present time and what you are truly thankful for that currently surrounds you. I would highly recommend Kyle he will change your life x
