We found Mark to be very knowledgeable, professional and efficient in all our dealings with him. He explained clearly what the air con units would do, the installation went very well and the outcome was exactly what we had hoped for. Our bungalow now has 3 air con units indoors which will ensure we are nice and cool on hot days. It also does heating should we need it. Got Mark around our house to provide a quote. Found him to be very professional and courteous. Although we had received a cheaper quote elsewhere we had been let down, time after time and no doubt we was under quoted. Mark has been fabulous, the Panasonic TZ20 hes installed for us in the bedroom is heavenly on these hot nights. Built in wifi too. I highly recommend Mark, give him a shout. Mark showed up when he said he would. He promptly provided not just one quote, but four different scenarios for my consideration. Install was quick and professional. Good to know he's on my side for maintenance and/or any warranty issues should they arise. All this and his price was much better than a competitors quote. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
