        Service seemed efficient and friendly. Unfortunately when I received my final bill I have been charged for an extra day and a late charge. It says the time I returned the car is after my flight actually departed which is of course impossible. There doesnt seem to be a phone number to speak to someone and I have emailed and got a very unhelpful response. This is stressful and time consuming and I would really like quickly sorting!! 3 months since I finally got notification about refund I am still yet to receive it - disgusting lack of care and service

        A very efficient service that went so smoothly. On arrival our car hire was handled by Charlie ( and again on departure ) who was very friendly & professional and sorted everything out in a short time. He explained everything so clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. Will use Hertz again after this experience.
