Amanda at Mirage calls us when she has a new range/ stock in. They arrive, we browse through- keeping the frames we want, return those we dont! Helps keep our stock up to date! Suits our small practice.

We have been using Mirage with no problems for the last 5 years. They are always happy to help with queries and they have some great frame ranges which we do really well with. Competitively priced and good quality frames and sunglasses. I am currently wearing a Mission frame and Hygge sunglasses which I am very happy with. They have a loyalty scheme too which gets us occasional free frames. Never any problems sending anything back in the pre-paid boxes and you can never go wrong with free sweets!

The reason for my review is to highlight how this company ethos as such operates. I was getting cold call every time to a have frames sent out on approval and send back as to which ones i did not want or require. On two occasions when they where sent out i did not recieve the frames in which i called an informed the company who had said they have been sent out, till date they have not been able to confirm who signed for the items. I spoke to the office today who said they will not be sending me any more frames due to the above. This is at no fault of ours, yet i feel we are being penalized for something beyond our control. Avoid this company at all cost!!!
