I pre-booked 2 taxis from this guy a day in advance. On the day, he didn't turn up. I tried calling him four times but he ignored all of my calls. He left me stranded in the middle of Essex and potentially late for something that it was absolutely crucial I get to on-time. No other taxi companies were available and so I had to literally hitchhike to get where I was going so that I wouldn't be late. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a taxi company and not something that can be excused. Terrible terrible service.
