        Mediocre housing. Ive stayed here for 12 months, and the only good thing about this are the neighbours and that we are a few minutes away from the hospital. Other than that, value for money is just not there. Throughout my stay they have increased the rent and at the same time decreased the services provided. The auxiliary staff are very helpful, just a shame Sovereign doesnt employ enough of them. The common living area is supposed to be cleaned weekly, we are lucky if they take the bins out once a week.
