        Never had a problem in here over many visits, nothing wrong with the service. Seems like a lot of right wing Karens come in judging by the other reviews. Demanding instant service and supporting abuse of staff is a vile trait this country needs to get out of. I applaud the staff for even turning up if this is what they have to deal with

        Where can I start? Well........just an appalling shambles. Minus stars Lloyds. Just NO, NO NO! As a company you deserve to fail. You let your staff down, who, to be honest, do their very best to prop you up.

        So slow!! Had to telephone 20 times over about 40 minutes until someone answered the ohone. Then dad to queue for over 20 minutes to get to the counter and then longer to get my medication. Not worth it, will not be using them again.

        I wouldn't give them any star's if I could ,waiting outside for an hour to collect a prescription for my mother ,I dread to think how cold she would be waiting!! People should go to a different chemist .shamefull
