        Not possible to leave zero stars.. possibly the rudest, most unhelpful pharmacist on the Isle of Wight - Congratulations, the person working at 18:00 on the 25/04 should really consider a career change, something that doesn't require dealing with the public.

        Awful experience. Went to get the flu jab that I had booked for as Im pregnant. I had to scan a QR code to do a pre consult in which I didnt have any signal to do it. The staff were rude and unhelpful and said I cant have the flu jab as I havent had it before. Which is ridiculous.

        Your staff are awful. They are so overworked that by the time they get to each customer her face looks like she is sick of us.. looking us up and down as if wasting her time. Customer care is non existent because people need this when they are already feeling awful.
