        I had to get a prescription urgently and our doctor's pharmacy takes at least a week so I had to try Newport. I was a bit concerned because there are so many horror stories about pharmacies at the moment but I couldn't fault the service at Day Lewis. I dropped off the prescription at 9am and picked it up at 10. Staff were polite and happy to help. Thank you.

        I had to get an emergency prescription whist on holiday. 111 tried another pharmacy who were closed when it was meant to be open, ridiculously slow when it was finally open, and they didn't end up having it anyway. I called up this pharmacy and they were beyond helpful, put the medication aside and made sure I could walk in and get it quickly. They were beyond helpful and very kind and polite! 5 star plus!!!
