Katie is a very likeable lady and the dogs love her she seems to connect with them and that keeps them at ease whilst they are being groomed Very professional and knowledgeable gives good advice on lots of aspects of health and well-being Thank you Katie for a lovely groom on Toby look forward to another pampering/grooming session soon
