Solent Grange Nursing Home

The staff are brilliant at Solent Grange; they always make us feel very welcome with a smile on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble when asked for something. Food was always presented well on the plate and looked and tasted well. Looking after the elderly is not easy. I appreciate all the hard work the team does for all the residents to feel as comfortable as possible in a secure and caring environment.

i started working at Solent grange eight years ago , it feels like a family rather than a workplace, The company have given me the opportunity to excel in my role as kitchen manager , giving the residents a well balanced nutritional diet. i find my job so rewarding set in a cosy homely environment .

I recently joined the Team at Solent Grange Nursing Home. I love the peaceful atmosphere. The team are very supportive and works along with each other, which is very important. The company is very generous as well and it is very exciting that we are about to go live on Nourish- online care plans and medications. I am really looking forward to it!

Since joining the home in July 2021, I have found everyone at the home to be extremely warm and welcoming. The team of carers are clearly passionate about their responsibilities and really take their time to get to know the residents to create a comfortable home. The domestic team are always at hand to help across the building and the kitchen staff will always go the extra mile to make sure they are making delicious meals for everyone to enjoy. The home offers activities throughout the week ranging from baking to musicians, there is something for everyone. Residents are happy and will go out of their way to share their views with anyone who visits. 5/5 review from me.
