        I have been a Specsavers customer for years and always bought their glasses. After spending a considerable amount of money in their store, being treated awfully and following their complaint system, I have just been rung by the Newport store manager who told me I was entirely in the wrong for their own staffs behaviour. This is not good customer service, it is unprofessional and blatently rude. I wouldn't waste my time or my money here again.
