The handle has fallen off and therefore unable to close and secure, so cant use. Definitely not the premium stove i thought i'd purchased for 1500 (only 3yrs old) . After being advised by Hannah in sales/parts that the part i ordered would be posted the following week - Nothing. I chased nearly 3 weeks later to be told that it was still not in stock. After being promised a call today - Nothing!
