Wide and varied range of bags. Very helpful and understanding. I had very specific requirements of a handbag and was allowed to try out various items in the pockets of a couple of bags (for size). You cannot get this sort of confidence with an online shop. Finally found a bag that was just as I wanted and now I have been using it for several weeks, I am very pleased with it. Will be back next time I need a new bag!

Have bought 2 bags from here over the years. The guy is helpful and friendly, and the bags are of good quality. Great value.

Returned a Holdall to be met with nothing but rudeness. The Holdall I was returning, had been used once, when the stitching started to come apart on one side of where the Shoulder strap connects, this meant I had to carry the Bag on my Travels (which I didnt mind, but I had other bits to carry also, so I bought this so it would be easier for me with it going over my Shoulder) so I took it back and without being given the chance to talk, he rushed off to grab a replacement, which I didnt need and just asked politely for a refund, to which he threw the replacement down, shook his head and in his own words well I suppose so I shall definitely not be returning to purchase anything else from you. Not a very good outlook for you or youre business.
