The Archers Nest

I was made aware of the Archers nest by a few people in my Archery Club. Contacted and set up a time to pop in and set not only myself but in the end 3 other people with our first kits. Rocked up early afternoon and I think stayed way passed the closing time of the shop. Everything measured, explained and ordered if not in stock with a delivery of the same week. This includes the custom made arrows. Very, very impressed by the overall service provided to us all. Went above and beyond to fit us all in. I'll definitely be back soon. There's a few compounds i fancy and i might get tempted by the dark side one of these days!

BUYER BEWARE! I would NOT recommend this company. I was notified there was a problem fulfilling my order and since then, Ive had my emails ignored and telephone calls screened and ignored. I called dozens of times but the phone was never answered, not once. When I finally did receive an email, I was asked to pay an extra 10 for a different set, which I now suspect are second hand judging by the way items were carelessly packaged together in one box. Other items delivered were not what I ordered. I ordered Kinetic dyneema D97 bowstrings but was delivered Flex Pro FF HMPE, which costs less and is less durable. At no time was i informed the bowstrings would be different. The delivery time was nearly 30 days. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. I feel like I've been scammed. I am not attempting to return the items as they seem serviceable and my nephew and I just want to get shooting again but moreover, I want nothing more to do with Ryan Jeavons and his company. i don't expect much assistance anyway. I have noticed other very dissatisfied reviews recently, so this is not an isolated incident.

Despicable treatment from this company, I placed an order for bow limbs and a new string, the wrong limbs were delivered and I contacted by email to rectify this and was told nearly 2 weeks ago that the correct ones had been ordered and would be dispatched when they arrived. I also requested a returns label for the incorrect limbs to return them. Despite multiple emails none of which have been answered and calls going unanswered I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants good service. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Excellent service and very helpful! Superb indoor 4d archery range worth every penny! Been to the shop a few times and I always walk away happy. Ryan is great to chat with!

This shop sells all you can need for Archery , from beginners to pros. You will need to phone Ryan for an appointment as he gets extremely busy. He has the patience of a saint and will make sure you leave happy with your purchases.
