4d Babyface

As a nice surprise my wife and I decided to have a 4d scan today. To our surprise it was completed by a lady called Lisa Martin, the same lovely lady who did our first NHS scan at Telford hospital . She greeted us with a thumbs up and a lovely smile the same as the first scan. Such a friendly lady, puts you at ease straight away reassuring you that baby is fine and everything looks OK. She shows great empathy to your situation and understanding (my wife had IVF) and oohs and ahs at all the images she shows you on the screen. Lisa was adamant that she wanted to get the best images and in HD but because our little lad was facing down she was unable to do this. So after asking if we were OK for time, said we should go for a walk, suggesting my wife should eat something sugary which can help the baby to move around. After doing this still unable to get all the images so without hesitation said we should book another scan which won't cost us anything just so we get some good images of our baby ( Lisa managed to get a few which were still good). Also within the first 30 seconds she asked if wanted to hear the babies heart beat ( recorded on a little music box and now inside a little bear) again very reassuring. I hope any future scans are completed by Lisa as she has a wonderful calm happy vibe about her which puts you at ease straight away. We also bought the lovely Lisa a strawberry muffin she could enjoy with a cup of coffee, well deserved. Thanks Lisa ever so much such a credit to the NHS if everybody had the same work ethic as you it would be a much better organisation.God Bless and look forward to seeing you soon, love Chris and Rebecca xxx

We had a gender reveal scan here and can highly recommend, all the staff were amazing especially lovely Lisa :) Thanks again all.

We had our heartbeat scan with Lisa and what a wonderful experience it was. Weve had a few scans and Lisa is by far the loveliest midwife we have met. Super friendly, very informative and made us feel completely at ease. She really took her time to get us the best views and sound of our babys heartbeat. She explained everything we could see and even have us information on things we had never thought to ask. We got a sneak peak at 4D and cant wait to return for our 4D scan. Lisa even included a few pictures for us as she said they were lovely scan pictures! The receptionist pointed out these werent included but Lisa quickly said they were lovely and was happy to include them, so we were super thankful for her caring and generous attitude. We cant wait to return and will definitely be asking for Lisa to do our scan :)

Absolutely brilliant and professional company, my husband popped in to the Newport branch to see if they could squeeze us in a confirmation appointment that day and they had no problem at all with doing so! We have been visiting this branch for our past 5 now 6 pregnancies and couldnt recommend them more! Dione has such a welcoming loving nature and is always happy to see us! Lisa was my sonographer on this trip and has done plenty of my previous appointments too, She was very reassuring and understanding of my needs and sensitivity. Such lovely women and they are a credit to the company! 5* cant wait to book my gender with them!

Visted today for our meet my mummy 4d scan and had the best time ever! Welcome and friendly the moment we walked through the doorand Katie and dionne were loveley.. and we got to some loveley pictures of baby couldn't recommend enough!
